• T-Ball & Youth baseball for girls and boys ages 5 to 15 - Cost $15 (age 5-7), $23 (8-15)   Registration forms available online, Cascade Schools, or at Fit Express.  Practice will begin May 7, weather permitting with games starting the end of May.  Volunteer coaches and umpires needed.  Scholarships available if cost is an issue--we want every child who wants to play to participate.  Please call 382-5136 for more information.  Registration form

• Adult Softball Tournaments - Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July weekends.

• Yoga

  • 5:30 to 6:30 pm  at the Ashley Inn  Cost is $6 per class for in-district residents,
    $8 for out-of district.  Now SAVE $1 per class:  Punch cards are available at the Fit Express for $20/4 classes in-district or $28/ 4 classes out-of-district  (no Pilates classes at this time)

• Fit Express Gym - Circuit training, cardio machines, free weights etc. Open Monday - Thursday 6am to 1pm, and 4 - 7pm, Friday - 6am to 1 pm only (no evening hours)  $15/month 1st family member, $5 each additional.  Located at 208 N. Main Street, Cascade.
